Boston Township

The Zoning Commission shall have the following responsibilities and powers as they relate to this Zoning Resolution: a. Initiate advisable Official Zoning District Map changes, or changes in the text of the Zoning Resolution where same will promote the best interest of the public in general. b. Review all proposed amendments to the text of this Resolution and the Official Zoning District Map and make recommendations to the Township Trustees. c. Carry on continuous review of the effectiveness and appropriateness of this Resolution and recommend such changes or amendments as it feels would be appropriate. d. Review all site plans and conditional use applications and make recommendations. e. Minutes of all meetings shall be available for review and approval at the next Zoning Commission meeting which shall be held within thirty (30) days of the previous meeting.
