Applications, fees and questions about a property are handled at the township offices during office hours.
Zoning Applications
Two applications cover every zoning request: one for residential property and one for commercial and other non-residential property. Each covers new buildings and additions, accessory buildings, fences, signs, demolition, conditional uses and variances.
Print the application, complete it, and bring or post it to the zoning office with the fee:

Garage Sales & Recreational Vehicles
Garage sale notice
A garage or yard sale needs seven days' notice to the township, and there is no fee (§515). Sales are limited to three a year at any property, of no more than three days each.
Recreational vehicle / camping permit
A visitor may live in a recreational vehicle on a property for up to fourteen days with a permit, which needs the owner's notarized affidavit (§105.05).
