Except as otherwise regulated by the State of Ohio or Summit County, driveways for vehicular use in the Residential and Village Residential Districts shall comply with the following: a. Drives shall be located to minimize traffic congestion and avoid undue interference with pedestrian access at street intersection corners. b. Drives for residential/dwelling use shall not exceed twelve (12) feet at road right-of-way line or shall not be less than fifteen (15) feet wide at the ditch, or curb, or culvert line.
