107.01 Replacement. Any sign replacing a non-conforming sign shall conform with the provisions of this Zoning Resolution, and the non-conforming sign shall no longer be displayed. 107.02 Abandonment. If a non-conforming sign associated with a use or structure has been abandoned for at least six (6) months (i.e. the structure has not been occupied for six months) then the non- conforming sign shall be removed.
