Boston Township

The categories of conditional uses which may be conditionally permitted, provided they conform to the conditions, standards, and requirements of this Chapter and are approved in accordance with the administrative provisions of Chapter 8: Conditional Zoning Permits, and shall include the following: a. Churches and other places of worship, Sunday School buildings and Parish houses, and Parochial Schools. b. Public Elementary and High Schools. c. Publicly owned and operated buildings or properties including Township Halls, Community Center buildings, Fire Engine houses, Parks, Playgrounds and Conservation areas. d. Cemeteries, other than Township cemeteries or joint cemeteries, including mausoleum, providing that any new cemetery shall contain at least twenty (20) acres of land and the location has been approved by The Board of Zoning Appeals. e. National Park Service Educational Facilities. f. Recreation Non-Commercial subject to Section 802.h. g. Bed and Breakfast establishments subject to Section 802.g. h. Two family dwellings. i. Boarding kennels.
