One Story Dwellings must have a minimum area at foundation (excluding garage, breezeways, carports and porches) of one thousand two hundred (1200) square feet. More than one Story Dwellings must have a minimum ground area of not less than eight hundred (800) square feet of living area, and a total living area of not less than fourteen (1400) hundred square feet, exclusive of basements, porches, decks, breezeways, attics, terraces, garages and outside accessory enclosures.
