508 — Supplemental Regulations for Non-Residential Uses
Chapter 5: RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT REGULATIONS • Effective Mar 5, 2025
Nonresidential buildings or uses shall not be located nor conducted closer than thirty (30) feet to any
residential lot line within this residential district. Screening or buffering shall be provided for any non-
residential uses which abut any residential lot line within this residential district per Section 509.
