601 — Permitted Uses

In the Village Residential District, land and structures may be used, occupied, constructed or altered only
for the use specified.
Principle Uses:
a. Single family dwellings.
601.01 Permitted accessory uses are as follows:
a. Private garages, storage sheds, and parking areas.
b. Home Occupation Type I in compliance with Section 512.
c. Home Occupation Type II subject to a zoning permit in compliance with Section 512.
