Chapter 6: VILLAGE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT • Effective Mar 5, 2025
A house having a lower level more than one half (½) its height above the grade of surrounding land may
have the lower level used for residential purposes. Such lower level shall provide two (2) means of
ingress and egress.
