a. Minimum Lot Area: One (1) acre
b. Minimum Lot Width: 150 feet
c. Minimum Lot Frontage: 150 feet except for 75 feet when the full lot frontage is on cul-de-sac
d. Minimum Lot Depth: 250 feet
