706 — Yards Adjoining Land in a Residential District
Chapter 7: BUSINESS CORRIDOR DISTRICT REGULATIONS • Effective Mar 5, 2025
All side and rear yards adjoining residentially-zoned land, shall be maintained as open buffer yards to a
depth of at least fifty (50) feet, shall not be utilized for any business, parking, or storage purpose, and
shall be landscaped. as provided in this Resolution including but not limited to the provisions of 709(6).
