a. Traffic Access/Curb Cut Requirements. Shall comply with Section 708.
b. Landscaping Requirements. Shall comply with Section 709.
c. Lighting Requirements. Shall comply with Section 710.
d. Exterior building equipment which generates noise, including but not limited to HVAC
equipment, shall be located on the building or site in a manner which prevents noise
transmission to nearby residential neighborhoods.
e. Fences. Shall comply with Section 713.
