Boston Township

For the purpose of enforcing the zoning regulations, the Township Trustees shall establish and fill the position of Township Zoning Inspector. The term of employment, rate of compensation, and other such conditions shall be set by the Township Trustees. 901.01 Duties The Zoning Inspector shall keep accurate records of all applications for zoning permits and action taken thereon. The Zoning Inspector shall investigate alleged violations of the Resolution, and take the necessary legal action to bring about proper enforcement of this Resolution.
