Recreational Vehicle Permit

No one may live in a mobile home, camp bus or other vehicle on any lot in the township — except a visitor's recreational vehicle with this permit.
The home must be owner-occupied, and the owner applies.
No more than two visits and 20 days in total in any twelve-month period.
The permit, with a signed and notarized affidavit, must be obtained before the recreational vehicle is moved onto the property. Without one, the owner is subject to the penalties in the Zoning Resolution.

A mobile home lived in while a permanent house is built is a different matter — it goes to the Board of Zoning Appeals. Call the office.
